Apogee Architectural Metals is seeking a Custom Coordinator II to manage custom orders from intake to delivery, ensuring accuracy, schedule adherence, and profitability alignment. You will coordinate with clients, estimators, purchasing, programming, and production to resolve issues and streamline fulfillment.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in drafting/drawing environments, and proficiency with AutoCAD and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education, Associates in Project Management, or Drafting & Design degree.
• Experience: 1 year in commercial/residential window, curtainwall, storefront products; or 2 years in PM/Design Drafting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and proficient with computers and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own custom orders from intake through release to production and delivery.
• Coordinate between clients, estimators, purchasing, programming, production, and receiving.
• Manage all client-facing communication about order status, lead times, and changes.
• Order entry: retrieve product and process information to perform duties.
• Generate production documents using AutoCAD, ERP, or similar tools.
