You will handle customer inquiries, provide order status updates, and collaborate with Finance and Shipping to resolve issues. A strong emphasis on communication, multitasking, and reliability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred; familiarity with order entry processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders via phone, email, or other channels with accuracy.
• Verify pricing and apply promotions or discounts to orders.
• Coordinate with shipping/logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Update clients on order status and handle inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to resolve order problems.
• Maintain detailed records of all orders and transactions; assist with reports.
• Identify and resolve issues in the order processing cycle; support cross‑functional teams.
• Process replacement orders as needed.
