Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals in Wisconsin is seeking a Client Services Coordinator I to input client orders into the company database and support production. You will input orders, verify details, communicate with internal teams, handle pricing and discounts, and maintain accurate records.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong data entry, and good communication; occasional travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with order entry processes and software.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input client orders into the company database.
• Process incoming orders and ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Check product availability and allocate inventory when applicable.
• Verify pricing and apply discounts to orders.
• Maintain detailed records of all orders and transactions.
• Identify and resolve issues during order processing.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
