Job summary

Dunkin Donuts in Wellborn, TX is seeking a dependable Baker to produce donuts, breads, pastries and other baked goods while delivering friendly customer service.

This role requires self-motivation, the ability to work on a schedule, multi-task, and to work overnight and early morning hours with minimal supervision. You will follow daily par sheets, adhere to Dunkin Donuts guidelines, and maintain health and safety standards, with flexibility to switch between positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 and able to learn to use baking and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly, upbeat manner.
• Physical ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to push, pull, stretch and use fingers and wrists continuously.
• Willingness to work overnight and early morning hours with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow site and brand procedures to ensure consistent customer experiences.
