Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Program Coordinator, Stewardship to support the Data Philanthropy program and assist with donor stewardship activities. You will manage day-to-day tasks, coordinate membership and gift programs, and collaborate across Philanthropy teams to strengthen fundraising infrastructure.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least one year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support donor stewardship, including impact reporting, endowments, engagement, recognition, and acknowledgement.
• Maintain donor data tracking, coding and auditing, mailing lists, and donor recognition.
• Coordinate donor stewardship and recognition, gift programs, membership reports, and updates to gift catalog.
