Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Program Coordinator, Peer-to-Peer to support donor acquisition and engagement within the Experience & Engagement program. You will manage day-to-day admin, support fundraising pages, respond to inquiries, and coordinate across teams.

Hybrid role with minimum two days on-site; some travel and weekend/evening work may be required. A cover letter is required for consideration and proficiency with CRMs like Raiser's Edge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor and prospective donor inquiries via the department’s main phone line and email inboxes.
• Assist with the creation, upkeep, and reporting of peer-to-peer fundraising pages.
• Coordinate memorial giving pages including responding to inquiries, assisting with page setup, and reporting fundraising information to next-of-kin.
• Provide general administrative support for the team including scheduling, drafting agendas, and taking minutes; budget reconciliation; electronic filing; conference room reservations.
• Coordinate across teams to support program activities.
• Respond to donor and internal inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
