Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Three years related experience in events or fundraising.
• Preferred experience with auctions and donor communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and deliver comprehensive event plans with budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate vendors, venues, and stakeholders for seamless events.
• Manage invitations, guest registration, and on-site logistics.
• Develop partnerships to grow programs and donor engagement.
• Collaborate with philanthropy leaders to meet goals.
• Document records for analysis and improve procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
