Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Project Coordinator, Leadership Annual Giving to support donor engagement and revenue goals across mid-level donors. You will work with the Gifts & Grants team to manage multi-channel outreach, donor communications, and data tracking.

The role collaborates across programs, reports to the Program Director, Leadership Annual Giving, and supports events and donor stewardship with a focus on gifts ranging from $10,000 to $100,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years post-bachelor’s project coordination experience or three years post-master’s.

Responsibilities

• Engage in donor discovery and identify prospective donors for engagement.
• Support multi-channel outreach for mid-level donors.
• Coordinate gift processing and resolve issues with Gift Services.
• Produce lists and track donor activity in the database.
• Coordinate programmatic and administrative activities to meet goals.
• Develop donor-facing materials and support content review.
• Carry out assignments supporting revenue and expenses.
• Serve as liaison across teams and events with donors and partners.
• Attend meetings, monitor progress, and coordinate follow-ups.
• Coordinate cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.
• Track progress and prepare reports.
• Assist revenue projections and program strategies analysis.
• Coordinate materials for leadership meetings, including writing/review.
• Produce special and recurring reports.
• Support expenditures in line with guidelines.
• Serve as individual contributor with no people management responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
