Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Program Manager, Events, to lead the planning, production, and delivery of fundraising event priorities within Philanthropy. The role requires managing multiple projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional donor experiences.

Some travel and weekend/evening work is expected. This hybrid role requires at least two days per week on-site at the South Lake Union campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three years related experience required.
• Experience in nonprofit or healthcare fundraising environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and deliver comprehensive event plans including strategy, timelines, budgets, and production plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders for seamless event execution.
• Manage invitations, guest registration, seating, and on-site logistics.
• Build partnerships to strengthen programs and growth of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with philanthropy leaders to implement programs meeting goals.
• Document and maintain records for historical reference and analysis.
