Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking an entry-level donor center staff member in Oklahoma City. You will greet donors, conduct registration steps, and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis. You’ll document data in the donor system and support safety and center operations.

Role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 months in clerical or customer service, with basic math skills. Some roles may require bilingual ability and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of clerical or customer service experience preferred, healthcare setting good.
• Basic math calculations knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through the screening procedures.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to staff as needed.
• Monitor donor safety during and after the pheresis process.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and supplies.
• May cross-train in other areas to meet center needs.
• Bilingual skills may be required at organizational discretion.
