Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 18 months experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical or health-related environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and register them for the plasma donation process.
• Perform health screenings including blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Explain procedures and answer donor questions in a timely, accurate manner.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and compliance with SOPs, OSHA, and HSE policies.
