Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Donor Screening Associate to greet donors, conduct registrations, and perform health screenings at our Norman plasma center. You will verify donor suitability, document results, and maintain center safety and data integrity.

After training, you may educate donors on therapeutic products derived from plasma and assist in donor flow coordination. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, confidentiality, and adherence to SOPs and OSHA/HSE guidelines within a fast-paced

Qualifications

Assist donors in completing the screening process per SOPs.
Maintain confidentiality and accurate data recording in the donor management system.
Follow safety policies and OSHA/HSE guidelines.

Responsibilities

Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify suitability for donation.
Perform health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature; conduct finger stick for hematocrit/total protein.
Answer donor questions and provide information on the donation process after training.
Register applicants and transfer donors as needed after training.
Answer phone calls or route inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Monitor donor well-being during and after pheresis and escalate as needed.
Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
