Job summary

CSL Plasma seeks a Screening Associate at our Springfield, MO donation center. You will greet donors, guide them through registration and screening, and ensure donor suitability per SOPs. Training will be provided to support accurate data capture and donor education.

Responsibilities include health history review, basic medical questions, and coordinating with medical staff as needed, with a focus on safety and confidentiality. Potential for cross-training based on center needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and assist with registration procedures.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process in accordance with SOPs.
• Conduct health screenings including blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature and finger stick for hematocrit and total protein.
• Educate donors on processes, policies, appointment system, donation fees and center information as trained.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
