Job summary

The role supports SOPs, assists with health history reviews, performs basic screenings (BP, temperature, weight) and records data in the donor system accurately. You will address donor questions and uphold safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical or health provider setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Answer donor questions and educate on center policies and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
