Job summary

CSL Louisville is seeking a Donor Center Associate to greet donors, assist with registration, and verify suitability for plasma pheresis. You will follow SOPs, help donors complete health history questions, and perform basic health checks such as blood pressure, pulse, and weight.

Upon training, you may educate donors on therapeutic products from plasma, document donor information accurately, and support center operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify suitability for pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening procedures per SOPs and refer to medical staff when needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
