Job summary

CSL Plasma Charlotte, NC is seeking a Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service) who greets donors and guides them through the screening and registration steps to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.

This full‑time role reports to the Assistant Center Manager and requires a high school diploma, at least three months of clerical or customer service experience, basic math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in bilingual contexts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through registration and screening procedures.
• Assess health history questions and perform basic health screening as per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic information system.
• Answer donor questions, provide center policies, and ensure safety and confidentiality.
