Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a donor screener at our plasma collection center. The role involves greeting donors, guiding them through registration and screening, and ensuring accurate data entry in the donor information system.

After training, there may be opportunities to educate donors about therapeutic products derived from plasma and center policies. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 3 months of clerical or customer service experience, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 months clerical or customer service experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Bilingual skills may be required, at the organization's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process and perform health screening procedures (BP, pulse, weight, temp).
• Explain the screening process and health screening tests to donors after training.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff.
