Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a friendly donor services associate at our plasma collection center. You will greet donors, process registrations, verify donor suitability for pheresis, and perform basic health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.

After training, you may educate donors on therapeutic products derived from plasma, assist with screening, answer questions, and help with donor flow, data entry, and safety compliance in line with SOPs, OSHA, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with the screening process and basic health checks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, etc.).
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic donor information management system in line with SOPs and safety policies.
• Answer calls and support center operations as needed.
