Job summary

CSL Plasma in Kenner, Louisiana is seeking a Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service) to warmly greet donors and guide them through the screening and registration process for the plasma pheresis program.

After training, you will record donor data in the electronic system, answer questions, assist staff, and help maintain a safe, efficient center environment while adapting to a fast-paced workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months clerical or customer service experience.
• Basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process and health history.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow SOPs, OSHA, and HSE policies.
• May cross-train in other areas to meet center needs.
