Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors through screening procedures, including health history, basic questions, and health screenings (BP, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic management system and maintain confidentiality.
