Job summary

CSL Plasma in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service) to greet donors and complete registration procedures ensuring donor suitability for plasma pheresis. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager.

The role includes assisting donors with screening, health history review, and basic medical questions, while maintaining donor data and following safety procedures. Multi-tasking in a fast-paced center is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process and perform health screening procedures
• Educate new donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma
• Register applicants and transfer donors based on training and operational needs
• Answer telephone calls and route to appropriate staff
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic donor information management system
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and comply with HSE/OSHA policies
