Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Donor Center Screener at our Fayetteville plasma collection center. You will greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process according to SOPs, while recording data in the donor information system and ensuring safety protocols.

The role supports donor flow, may involve bilingual interactions, and requires basic math skills and a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with screening per SOPs, record health data and measurements.
• Educate donors on donation processes and center policies after training.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic system and ensure confidentiality.
• Monitor donor well-being during and after pheresis and alert staff as needed.
• Adhere to HSE/OSHA policies and maintain a clean work environment.
