Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors in screening, including health history and basic medical questions.
• Educate donors on screening process, health tests, appointment system, and center policies.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed.
• Answer phones and route calls to staff.
• Monitor donors for adverse reactions and alert staff as needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Maintain clean work area and ensure supplies; follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
• Cross-train in other areas; bilingual may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
