CSL is seeking a donor center assistant to greet donors, guide them through registration, and support the screening process for plasma pheresis.

The role involves assisting with health history, basic medical questions, and accurate data recording while ensuring donor safety and center policies are followed. Bilingual abilities may be required, and prior clerical or customer service experience in healthcare is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in medical or health settings.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Bilingual skills may be required at the organization's discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration for pheresis screening.
• Assist with screening procedures, health history review, and basic medical questions per SOPs.
• Record donor information accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
• Explain donation processes, center policies, and safety precautions to donors.
• Answer phone inquiries and refer callers to appropriate staff as needed.
• Monitor donors during and after donation for any adverse reactions and alert staff.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and adhere to HSE/OSHA policies.
