Zusammenfassung

CSL is seeking an on-site Donor Center Clerk to greet donors, conduct registration, and assist with the screening process in a plasma donation center. You will support health screening tasks, answer questions from donors, and ensure accurate data entry while upholding privacy and confidentiality.

Training will cover the screening workflow, donor education, and safety policies. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least a few months of clerical or customer service experience,

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably medical/health environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Aufgaben

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist with screening procedures and health history, refer to medical staff when needed, and perform health screening tasks (BP, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Explain the donation process, center policies, nutrition, and other information to donors after training.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain donor confidentiality.
• Follow SOPs, health, safety, and OSHA guidelines; maintain a clean, well-stocked work area.
