Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 months in clerical or customer service, preferably in medical environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma center and verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist donors through registration and screening per SOPs; document health history and vitals.
• Explain screening tests, appointment system, and center policies to donors.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff; maintain donor confidentiality.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Follow HSE/OSHA policies and maintain a clean, well-stocked work area.
