Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service roles.
• Basic math calculations and accurate data recording.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through the screening process per SOPs.
• Explain procedures, answer donor questions, and refer to medical staff when needed.
• Register donors and maintain accurate data in the system.
• Answer calls and support center operations as required.
• Monitor donor safety during/after pheresis and escalate issues.
