Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking staff to greet donors at the plasma collection center and oversee registration procedures to determine donor suitability for plasma pheresis. The role reports to the Assistant Center Manager and supports daily center operations.

The candidate will assist with donor screening, health questions, and recording data in the donor management system, while upholding health, safety, and OSHA policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience in a clerical or customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Wamiliarity with health provider environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors in completing screening procedures following SOPs and refer to medical staff when needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
