Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a donor center teammate to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening for plasma pheresis. You will verify suitability, perform basic health screenings, and document results in the electronic system.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, safety policies, confidentiality, and teamwork. Prior clerical or customer service experience and basic math skills are required; bilingual skills may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist donors through screening steps per SOPs.
• Explain donation process and center policies to donors.
• Register donors and transfer donors as trained.
• Answer phones and route calls to staff as needed.
• Monitor donors for reactions during/after pheresis.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor information.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Bilingual skills may be required.
