Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Donor Center Clerk in Palm Bay, FL to greet donors, verify registration, and support the screening process for plasma pheresis. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and work in a fast-paced donor center environment.

Responsibilities include assisting donors with screening procedures, recording data, coordinating with medical staff, answering inquiries, and maintaining a safe, clean work area consistent with HSE and OSHA policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ months experience in clerical or customer service roles; medical/health setting preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist donors with the screening process, including health history and basic checks.
• Record donor data accurately and ensure SOP compliance throughout the process.
• Refer donors to medical staff when appropriate and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Cross-train in other areas and support center operational needs as required.
