Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Medical Screener - Reception Technician (Customer Service) at our Cheektowaga, NY center. This full-time role greets donors, conducts registration steps, and verifies donor suitability for plasma pheresis.

Responsibilities include assisting with screening, recording donor data, and answering donor inquiries in a fast-paced setting while upholding SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Willing to learn and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors in completing the screening process according to SOPs.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and handle basic health screening.
• Answer phones and transfer calls as needed; educate donors on procedures when trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
