Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking an entry-level donor center assistant to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through registration and screening procedures. You will work under SOPs, perform basic health checks, and maintain accurate donor data in the center's systems.

Responsibilities include assisting with screening, answering questions, handling calls, and ensuring safety and confidentiality. Some roles may require bilingual skills, and cross-training across areas is possible to meet center

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical or customer service roles is required or preferred.
• Bilingual skills may be required at the organization's discretion.
• Basic math calculations are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability during registration.
• Assist donors through screening procedures per SOPs, including health history and basic questions.
• Educate donors on donation process, tests, fees, policies, nutrition and related information.
• Register and transfer donors as needed based on training and center needs.
• Answer phone calls or route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donors for reactions during/after pheresis and notify staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system per SOPs.
• Adhere to HIPAA-like confidentiality and center policies; maintain safety and order.
• May be cross-trained in other roles to support operations.
