Job summary

CSL is seeking an on-site Donor Screening Associate in Columbia, SC to greet donors and conduct registration and screening steps for plasma pheresis. You will collect health history, perform basic health checks, and ensure donor suitability while following SOPs.

This role requires strong customer service and clerical skills, basic math ability, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required to support center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months in clerical or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through the screening process per SOPs.
• Collect health history, answer questions, and refer to medical staff as needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic information system.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality in a fast-paced setting.
