Job summary

CSL is seeking a Donor Center Assistant to greet donors, assist with screening, and perform basic health measurements at our plasma collection center in Ohio. The role supports donor eligibility, data management, and safety procedures.

Training is provided for donor education on plasma-derived products. The position involves clerical tasks, customer service, and light health screening duties, with emphasis on accuracy and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process and perform health screening procedures.
• Perform finger sticks to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Educate donors on the use of therapeutic products from donated plasma after training.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
