Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service
• Basic mathematical calculations required
• Preference for experience in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system
• Educate donors on the donation process, screening tests, appointment system, policies, and nutrition after training
• Answer telephone calls and transfer inquiries to appropriate staff
• Maintain safety, confidentiality and report any donor reactions to staff
