Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking personnel at our Texas donor center to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening and registration steps for plasma pheresis. You will support qualified donors with health history review, basic medical questions, and health screening procedures, including vital checks.

With training, you may educate donors about the screening process, center policies, and appointment logistics, while maintaining accurate data entry and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service roles.
• Ability to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in screening, including health history, medical questions, and health screening procedures.
• Explain screening process, health tests, appointment system, and policies to donors as training allows.
• May register and transfer donors based on training and center needs.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor comfort during/after pheresis and notify staff of any issues.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
