Job summary

CSL is seeking a donor center screener to greet donors and guide them through the registration and screening steps for plasma pheresis. You will verify eligibility, perform basic health checks, and document data in our electronic donor system.

The role requires teamwork, bilingual English/Spanish communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service or medical-related exposure is preferred. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening procedures and health history.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality and cleanliness in the center.
• May cross-train in other areas to support center needs.
