Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify eligibility for donation.
• Assist with screening procedures and health checks as part of the registration process.
• Explain the donation process, center policies, and any applicable fees or nutrition guidance.
• Register donors and transfer to appropriate staff as needed.
• Answer phones and route inquiries appropriately.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean, compliant work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
• Cross-train in other areas to support center operations.
