Job summary

You will assist with health screenings, document donor data in the electronic system, respond to questions, and help maintain a safe, clean work environment while supporting center operations.

This role requires basic math, strong customer service, and the ability to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three months in clerical or customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors and guiding them through registration steps.
• Conduct health screenings and assess donor suitability for donation.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic management system.
• Answer donor questions and provide information on policies and procedures.
