Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including health history and questions, and perform health screening procedures.
• Explain the screening process, center policies, appointment system, and other information pertinent to donors.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE and OSHA policies and procedures.
