Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Donor Screener to greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through the screening process.

Under SOPs, you will perform health checks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick sampling, record data, and educate donors about the donation process and center policies.

This role supports donor safety, may involve cross-training, and may require bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify suitability for plasma donation.
• Assist donors in completing the screening procedures per SOPs.
• Perform health screening steps (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick sampling.
• Educate donors about the screening process, center policies, and nutrition.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
