Job summary

CSL in Albuquerque, NM seeks a donor center attendant to greet donors and guide them through screening and registration to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.

You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and perform health screenings, administer basic medical questions, and ensure accurate data entry in the donor management system in compliance with SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical/health setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through the screening process.
• Complete registration procedures and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information management system and follow SOPs.
