Job summary

CSL Vifor Albuquerque plasma donation center is seeking a courteous, detail-oriented teammate to greet donors, conduct registration steps, and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and help maintain a smooth, compliant screening process.

The role supports patient safety through health history review, basic medical questions, and punctual data entry into the donor information system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors in completing the screening process in compliance with SOPs and perform health screening procedures (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Perform finger stick to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Educate donors on the use of therapeutic products from donated plasma after training.
• Register applicant and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer telephone and direct calls to appropriate staff.
