Job summary

CSL in Edison, New Jersey is seeking a Donor Center Support role responsible for greeting donors at the plasma collection center and verifying donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Center Manager, you will screen donors, perform health checks, handle donor data entry, answer questions, and help educate donors about procedures and policies while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in medical/health setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Bilingual skills may be required depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors through the screening process including health history and basic questions.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Answer donor questions and refer to medical staff as appropriate.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and confidentiality of donor information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
