Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking an entry-level donor center assistant in Edison, NJ. The role involves greeting donors, guiding them through the screening and registration process, and assisting with basic health checks and data entry.

After training, you may educate donors about plasma-derived products and center policies, while maintaining safety and confidentiality at all times. The position requires a high school diploma, at least three months in clerical or customer service roles, and basic math

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position
• Will perform basic math calculations
• Demonstrates ability to follow SOPs and safety policies

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration procedures
• Assist with screening: health history, basic medical questions, physical checks (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick hematocrit/test
• Educate donors on plasma-derived products and center policies after training
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to HSE/OSHA policies
• Handle inquiries by phone or other staff, and escalate donor flow issues as needed
