Job summary

CSL Plasma in Missouri is seeking a Donor Center Associate to greet donors, verify eligibility and guide them through the donation process. You will work closely with medical staff and other team members to ensure safe, efficient collection of plasma.

The role involves screening donors, handling registration, answering questions, maintaining records, and upholding safety and confidentiality standards at the center. Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 months in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Basic math skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration to verify donor suitability.
• Assist with screening per SOPs, including health history, medical questions and basic checks.
• Educate donors about plasma products, appointments, fees, center policies and nutrition.
• Register or transfer donors as needed.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to staff.
• Monitor donors for reactions during/after pheresis and notify staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system per SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
• Cross-train in other areas; bilingual skills may be required.
