Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years practical work experience in office administration, mail room, or related area.
• At least one year of work experience in remittance, accounts receivable or cashiering, with ten-key proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process donor mail and remittance using processing machines; sort and categorize mail.
• Verify cash amounts and balance according to cash control procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot high-speed mail processing equipment (e.g., Opex 5.0, Opex 50, Olympus II).
• Sort interoffice mail and maintain log of Priority Mail.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in organizational policies and procedures.
