Job summary

World Vision International is seeking a Donation Processing Specialist I (On Call) to handle donor mail processing and remittance tasks in the Finance Division. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to cash controls within a Christian humanitarian organization.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, 2–3 years in related office work, and at least one year in remittance or accounts receivable with ten-key proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years in office administration, mail room, or related area.
• At least one year in remittance, accounts receivable or cashiering with ten-key proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process donor mail via remittance machines, categorize mail and interoffice mail.
• Verify cash received and balance according to cash control procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot high-speed mail processing equipment (Opex 5.0, Opex 50, Olympus II).
• Sort interoffice mail and maintain log of Priority Mail.
• Research donor accounts and update addresses in accounting system.
• Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned.
