Job summary

Convoy of Hope in Springfield, MO seeks a Donor Engagement Reserve Representative to provide temporary, on-call support to the Donor Engagement team during peaks. This role handles donations, updates donor accounts, answers questions, and maintains donor records with confidentiality.

You will work in a ministry-driven environment, respond to donor inquiries by phone and email, produce acknowledgments, and stay flexible for disaster response campaigns.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a customer service role is required; degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
• Strong confidentiality and discretion when handling donor information.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and assist donors with donations, updates, and questions.
• Place outbound calls and emails for follow-up, engagement and thank-you communications.
• Respond to donor emails and inquiries submitted through the Donor Dashboard.
• Engage first-time donors with personalized thank-you calls and updates.
• Maintain donor records in Salesforce and other systems with accuracy and privacy.
• Process gift acknowledgments including handwritten notes, letters, and receipts.
