Job summary

United Tissue Network, Inc. is seeking a Donor Services Representative to be the primary contact for donors, delivering case management and exceptional service. The role focuses on donor satisfaction, building relationships, and communicating donor goals to the team.

The position requires coordinating with families through all donation phases, handling deadlines, and maintaining quality standards. Weekend rotations and on-call shifts are part of the schedule, with strong alignment to our mission

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build donor relationships.
• Comfortable discussing whole body donation with families.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties using MS Office and call routing.
• Develop relationships with inside/outside clients to provide exceptional service.
• Serve as primary contact to guide families through donation process.
• Review major deliverables to ensure quality and donor expectations.
• Communicate company capabilities and offerings to donors.
• Educate hospice/healthcare community about United Tissue Network.
• Be primary contact for all donation phases.
• Track productivity using metrics.
